Cheeky Bondi
A proper bidet seat. No power point required.
The Bondi isn't a gadget that bolts onto your existing seat and pokes out the side. It is the seat — soft-close lid, integrated nozzles, clean lines, your old seat in the bin. It runs entirely off your cistern's water pressure, so there's no cable, no power point and nothing to plug in.
What you get
- Dual stainless steel nozzles — rear wash and front wash, each self-cleaning before and after every use
- Brass fittings throughout — brass T-valve and inlet, braided steel hose. The plastic ones crack; these don't
- Side-mounted control knob — pressure and nozzle position, adjustable mid-wash
- Soft-close seat and lid with quick-release for cleaning
- Slim profile so it sits like a normal seat, not a booster
- Built-in backflow prevention (atmospheric vacuum breaker)
Cold water, and why that's fine
The Bondi runs cold, straight off the cistern line. In practice it's room temperature, not ice — and it's the reason this seat costs $199 instead of $799. If warm water and a heated seat are non-negotiable, you want the Cheeky Byron.
Renting?
Good news. Keep your original seat in the cupboard, take the Bondi with you when you move, and put the old one back on the way out.
Pick your fit
Choose your bowl shape (D-Shape or O-Shape) and which side your cistern's water inlet is on. Not sure? Check the Find Your Fit guide — it takes about thirty seconds and a photo of your toilet.
Installation
In Australia, anything connecting to the mains water line legally needs a licensed plumber. We'd rather tell you that up front than pretend it's a ten-minute DIY job like the American brands do.
Thirty seconds, two questions
Will it fit my toilet?
Check your bowl shape and which side the cistern inlet is on, then pick the matching variant above. Not sure? Send us a photo and we will confirm it before you spend anything. Order the variant we recommend and if it does not fit, we cover the return freight and send the right one.

Before you buy, the things everyone asks
Who installs it?
A licensed plumber. In Australia anything connecting to the mains water supply legally requires one, in every state and territory. It is about an hour of work. Give us your postcode and we will connect you with someone who has installed these before.
What if I order the wrong shape?
If you order the variant we recommend and it does not fit, we cover the return freight and send you the correct one. No restocking fee. Send us a photo of your toilet before ordering and we will confirm it for you.
Does the nozzle touch me?
No. It sits tucked behind a guard when idle, extends only during the wash, and rinses itself with fresh water before and after every single use.
Can I take it with me when I move?
Yes. Keep your original seat in the cupboard, and swap it back before the final inspection. Check your lease before any plumbing work, but most landlords are fine with it.
How do I clean it?
The nozzle self-cleans. The seat has a quick-release catch so it lifts off for wiping underneath. Avoid abrasive or chlorine-based cleaners, which damage the plastics and void the warranty.
