Cheeky Byron
The one you got used to overseas.
Warm water. Warm seat. Warm air. The Byron is the full electric bidet seat — the thing you sat on in a hotel in Tokyo or Seoul and thought about the whole flight home. It's the product this brand exists to sell, and everything else in the range is either the lead-up or the flex.
The wash
- Instant tankless water heating — warm water that doesn't run out after thirty seconds, and no stagnant reservoir sitting warm between uses
- Stainless steel nozzle with rear wash, front wash, oscillation and pulse
- Adjustable everything — pressure, temperature, nozzle position
- Self-cleaning nozzle before and after every use
The seat
- Heated seat, multiple temperature levels, with an eco mode so it isn't warming an empty bathroom all day
- Seat occupancy sensor — nothing runs unless someone's on it
- Warm air dryer, adjustable temperature
- Carbon deodoriser
- Soft ambient night light
- Soft-close lid, quick-release for cleaning
The remote
Wireless remote with a wall dock, because reaching around to a side panel in the dark is not a premium experience.
Pick your fit
Choose your bowl shape (D-Shape or O-Shape) and which side your water inlet sits on. The Find Your Fit guide covers the vast majority of Australian toilets — if yours is unusual, send us a photo before you order and we'll tell you straight.
Power and installation
The Byron runs on standard 240V and needs a power point within reach of the toilet. Water connection must be done by a licensed plumber — that's Australian law, not us being cautious. If there's no power point near your toilet, an electrician will need to add one.
Not ready for $799?
Start with the Cheeky Bondi at $199. Cold water, no power, same brand. Plenty of people never upgrade. Plenty of people upgrade within six months.
Thirty seconds, two questions
Will it fit my toilet?
Check your bowl shape and which side the cistern inlet is on, then pick the matching variant above. Not sure? Send us a photo and we will confirm it before you spend anything. Order the variant we recommend and if it does not fit, we cover the return freight and send the right one.

Before you buy, the things everyone asks
Who installs it?
A licensed plumber. In Australia anything connecting to the mains water supply legally requires one, in every state and territory. It is about an hour of work. Give us your postcode and we will connect you with someone who has installed these before.
What if I order the wrong shape?
If you order the variant we recommend and it does not fit, we cover the return freight and send you the correct one. No restocking fee. Send us a photo of your toilet before ordering and we will confirm it for you.
Does the nozzle touch me?
No. It sits tucked behind a guard when idle, extends only during the wash, and rinses itself with fresh water before and after every single use.
Can I take it with me when I move?
Yes. Keep your original seat in the cupboard, and swap it back before the final inspection. Check your lease before any plumbing work, but most landlords are fine with it.
How do I clean it?
The nozzle self-cleans. The seat has a quick-release catch so it lifts off for wiping underneath. Avoid abrasive or chlorine-based cleaners, which damage the plastics and void the warranty.
